One of our greatest requirements is to guide our customers by recommending the right display technology for each application, and one size definitely doesn’t fit all! Today, looking toward recovery from recent events, it’s going to be driven by delivering increased value, a better customer experience and more careful design as we emerge into a new period for the industry. Techorating, the concept of displays being more than just a rectangle on a wall, is becoming even more important; most of us default to using flat panels or even dvLED displays, but projection technologies are experiencing a resurgence (despite their predicted demise!) because they really can do things that other technologies cannot. In this one-hour seminar, we will provide our thoughts and perspective on what makes projectors unique, look at some examples of outside-the-rectangle thinking, and discuss innovations in projector technology that should continue to drive their use by our industry for quite some time.
